A supportive group for women navigating the aftermath of betrayal. Learn, process and build tools for stabilizaiton, safety and healing.
Topics include: getting out of crisis mode, managing truth seeking and deception, estabishing safety, boundaries that protect rather than control, learning about the betrayal trauma cycle, grief, shame, self-worth, trusting myself again and navigating the path from crisis to recovery.
